Final Sale on Consumable Products
Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements, powders, and capsules), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If the issue is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and order refusal.
